You know when you find something in your pantry, and you didn’t remember that it was there? That happened to me last week with a can of coconut milk, so I thought about cooking some prawns with it. An easy and tasty dish that everyone will love!
Prawns, sunflower oil, one can of coconut milk, 1 garlic clove, the juice of 1 lime, zest of half lime, a pinch of salt, dried parsley and some black pepper.
- Peel and chop the garlic clove and put in a pan with just a little bit of sunflower oil
- After a couple of minutes, clean the prawns and add them to the pan. Let them cook for a couple of more minutes
- After that, add the coconut milk, lower the heat, add the salt and stir well. Let it cook for about 5 minutes
- Add the lime juice, the lime zest, the dried parsley and the black pepper, stir well and let cook for 5 more minutes (in low heat)
And now… it’s time to eat!!
