Espinacas con chistorra y cebolla/ Spinach with chistorra and onion

Un plato en esos días que no sabes qué hacer y tienes mil cosas empezadas en la nevera… Perfecto para aprovechar ingredientes en una mezcla fácil y deliciosa!

Necesitas:

1 bolsa de espinacas (o las que tengas en la nevera), 1/2 cebolla, chistorra, aceite de oliva y sal

Y así lo preparas:

  1. Pela y pica la cebolla. Ponla en una sartén con un poco de aceite y añade sal. Deja cocinar 5min
  2. Limpia las espinacas y añádelas a la sartén. Remueve bien y deja cocinar hasta que las espinacas estén hechas
  3. Entretanto, corta la chistorra en trozos y añádela a la sartén
  4. Tras remover, deja cocinar otros 5 minutos y listos!

You need:

1 bag of spinach (or the type that you have at home), 1/2 onion, chistorra (or chorizo), olive oil and salt

And you prepare it this way:

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Put it in a pan with some olive oil and add salt. Leave it 5 minutes
  2. Clean the spinach and add them to the pan. Stir well and let them cook until they’re soft
  3. Meanwhile, Cut the chistorra/ chorizo in pieces and add the to the pan
  4. Stir well again and let cook another 5 minutes, and ready!
